The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to EMIRU, LLC
  • Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders” means a purchase transaction by You for Goods from Us.
  • Service” refers to the Website.
  • Website” refers to www.emiruskincare.com, accessible from www.emiruskincare.com
  • You”, “I” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Missing Goods for purposes of Our refund and return policy refers to an item or items that were unintentionally excluded from the package containing Your Order contents.

Proof of damage or proof of missing Goods is required before We can process Your refund or Order replacement.

In order for Us to validate Customer information and purchase details, You will be required to provide Us with the applicable order number, Your email address, Your phone number, and the unique package identifier that is provided to you once Your package ships.

Please note, customers are required to retain the shipping box/mailing container, packing materials and the damaged items for Our inspection.

Upon written request by US, You must make this proof available to Us for inspection, retention, and disposition.

We will refund or replace Your Order if Your claim of damage or missing goods is submitted to Us within 5 (five) days of receipt of Goods.  

We will refund Your Order, if You submit an Order cancellation request within 3 (three) days of your Order transaction.  

You do not have to give a reason for canceling Your Order. You have a right to change Your mind.

Your right to cancel for a full refund lasts until midnight of the third business day after Your purchase.

For us to process Your refund for Order cancellation, We must receive your Order cancellation request:

We will refund all Your money within 10 days of receiving Your refund for Order cancellation request.  

We do not accept product returns.

If an incorrect item was delivered to You, please see section “Refunds” for details.

If an item arrives in a damaged state, please see section “Damaged or Missing Goods”.

Below are Our conditions for refunds:

  • if You were overcharged for an Order;
  • if You received the wrong item and opt-out of Us replacing it at no additional cost to you;
  • if the item You received is damaged at the time of delivery;
  • if an item(s) were unintentionally excluded from the delivered package containing Your Order contents

Please note, we will require proof that an incorrect item was delivered before we can proceed with the refund. In order for Us to validate Customer information and purchase details, You will be required to provide Us with the applicable order number, Your email address, Your phone number, and the unique package identifier that is provided to you once Your package ships.

We will refund all Your money within 10 (ten) days after We receive proof of delivery.

We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

All packages are shipped with a tracking number.  The tracking number indicates when a delivery can be expected.  If your tracking information shows that Your package was delivered, but You have not received it, please contact Us within 15 (fifteen) days of the expected delivery date so we can do all we can to remedy the situation.
